1 - As an account customer with Technocrat, is there a tracking solution I can use to recieve an overview of all the shipment on my account?
Yes, Technocrat provides a notification tool specifically designed to improve tracking for our account
2 - When I attempted to track my Express cargo shipment, I got an invalid waybill error message.
The express cargo recycles shipment waybill but we are working hard to eliminate this occurence in the mean time, please be assured that your physical shipment will be heading to the correct destination and you get the right bill.
3 - If I do not have any tracking number, can I still track my shipments?
The answer is Yes but under certain conditions. We strongly advise you to make a record of your tracking number if you have one.
